Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Sketchpad is free and gives you one product concept per month with a single hero angle so you can try the console.
Do credits carry over?
No. Neelforge is pure subscription. Your monthly concept quota resets each period and unused quota does not carry over. There are no credit packs or stored balance.
What currency am I billed in?
All plans are billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal and keep access until the end of your current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Are the outputs production files?
No. Every output is a concept render for visualization, not an engineering drawing or production file. Verify manufacturability with a qualified engineer.
