Privacy Policy

• Account data: email address, password hash, plan and subscription status.
• Concept inputs: the text prompts, product descriptions and any sketches or reference images you upload.
• Generated outputs: the concept renders, variants, previews and decks produced for you.
• Billing data: subscription tier, billing country and the last four digits and card brand returned by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Support data: messages you send to support and our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and usage events needed to run and secure the service.

Our collection sources are:

• Directly from you: account details, and the user input you provide - text prompts, product descriptions and any sketches or reference images you upload to the console.
• Automatically: technical and usage data collected by our hosting and analytics infrastructure when you use the service.
• From our processors: billing confirmation data from our payment processor, and generated outputs from our AI generation provider.

• To provide the service and generate your concept outputs - performance of a contract.
• To take payment and manage subscriptions - performance of a contract.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and enforce our Acceptable Use policy - legitimate interests.
• To respond to support requests - performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
• To send service and, where permitted, product updates - consent or legitimate interests, with opt-out.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations - legal obligation.

We process your user input - the prompts and product descriptions you type, your uploaded references and sketches, and the generated results - only to deliver the service to you. We do not use your user input, uploaded references or generated outputs to train AI models. Uploaded references and generated outputs are cached to let you review, re-render and export them, and are deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the project becoming inactive, unless you delete them sooner from your account or a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and are handled directly by Stripe under PCI DSS. Neelforge never receives or stores your full card number, CVC or expiry. We receive only the confirmation, subscription status and limited metadata needed to manage your plan.

We share personal data only with processors that help us run the service, under contract:

• Hosting and content delivery (Vercel) - application hosting and delivery.
• Payments (Stripe) - subscription billing and fraud prevention.
• Database, authentication and file storage (Supabase) - account, project and support data.
• AI generation provider - processing your prompts and references to produce concept outputs.
• Email delivery - transactional and support email.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some processors may store or process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant) to protect your data.

Account and subscription records are kept for the life of your account and for up to six years afterwards to meet tax and accounting obligations. Concept inputs, uploads and outputs follow the 30-day cache rule above. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Backups are cycled out on a rolling basis.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords and least-privilege access to protect your data. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant regulator of a qualifying breach as required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@neelengi.shop. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request deletion, and correct inaccurate information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure checkout, and limited analytics to understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

The service generates concept renders from your prompts, but we do not make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you. The service is not for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian to use Neelforge.
