Refund & Cancellation Policy

Neelforge is a pure digital subscription. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and when refunds apply.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@neelengi.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to that period's remaining quota. We do not pro-rate or refund partly used billing periods.
Unused quota
Monthly concept quota is part of your subscription service, not a stored balance. Unused quota expires at the end of each period, does not carry over and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
If you are not happy with a render
Concept outputs are generative and can vary. If an output is unusable, our first remedy is a free re-render within your active plan - adjust the brief and generate again. Contact support@neelengi.shop and we will help you get a result you can use.
Refund-eligible situations
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A confirmed billing error on our side.
- A service fault that prevented you from generating any output for a sustained period, where re-rendering could not resolve it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Statutory rights, including any applicable statutory cancellation period for consumers, are unaffected.
How to request a refund
Email support@neelengi.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day. Governing law: Scotland.
