Common questions
- How do I export a Concept Deck?
- In the console, finish the Renders stage and continue to Turntable & Export, then use Export Concept Deck (PDF). The deck bundles your brief, renders, variants and a manufacturability checklist.
- Can I use outputs on a crowdfunding page?
- Yes, as concept visuals. You must not present them as photos of a shipped product. See Acceptable Use.
- Do you store my card details?
- No. Card details are handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout. Neelforge never receives your full card number.
- Is Neelforge available worldwide?
- Yes. It is an online, English-language service billed in USD, available to creators globally.
